We are looking for an experienced customer administration officer in charge of the claims to the clients of the company and accounting treatment.
Responsibilities
- Claim of the outstanding debts in coordination with the responsible departments and excellent experience of the client.
- Regular reports of the situation of the clients accounts, claims and problems. Also the situation of current projects and improvements.
- Documents / Invoices accounting.
- Accounted documents checking.
- Treasury department support.
- Countable closing support and monthly deviation analysis.
Requirements
- Degree related with Administration and Finance
- 5 years minimum experience in recovery and claim management.
- Office 365 skills
- Social skills with a focussed client view.
- Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams.
Languages:
Spanish, bilingual
English, minimum C-1
