These are your tasks

Ensuring all relevant customer service activities, such as spare parts supply, mechanic disposition, warranty and goodwill processing as well as conversions and proactive retrofits
Expansion of the Customer Service Mobile Cranes business unit in the Dammam customer service center, including the neighboring markets
Complaint management, i.e. recording and solving technical problems as well as root cause analysis
Management of local spare parts inventories including stocktaking
Management and coordination of the customer service team, consisting of service technicians and commercial/technical employees
Analyze, plan and optimize processes for continuous improvement of service quality

Technical / business education, ideally completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering or as an industrial engineer (m/f/d)
Good knowledge of electrical and control engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics and engine technology
Several years of specialized professional experience in the construction machinery or commercial vehicle sector would be an advantage
Very good language skills in English, good language skills in German and Arabic advantageous
High customer orientation, readiness for action, self dependent, motivating and result oriented way of working
Leadership experience, convincing appearance, strong communication skills and assertiveness
Willingness to travel
