Join a small but supportive team at our East Tamaki branch, where you will play a key role in ensuring all warehouse item movements are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with Liebherr standards. The position requires strong customer service skills to meet our customer demands internally and externally in a friendly, professional and fast-paced environment.
The role also includes the opportunity to grow your knowledge of our Parts department, developing your capabilities to interpret spare parts and provide technical and product information to customers as your expertise expands. This role is perfect for a seasoned storeperson who is looking to gain knowledge in Parts and seeking a career development.
Key Responsibilitites
- Use of Forklift – loading and unloading trucks and warehouse racks, unloading containers
- Picking, packing, receipting and dispatching orders
- Arranging and booking freight, including freight quotes
- General warehouse and housekeeping duties
- Assisting with regular stock take, cycle count procedures and location reports
- Maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders
- Active involvement in the continuous improvement of warehouse operations.
