Responsibilities
- Planning, coordination and handling of service missions
- Complaint support
- Warranty processing
- Management of customer master data and product evaluations
- Realization of market analyses
- Support of service branches and end customers with technical queries
- Support of field service technicians on site
- Assistance in the organizational development of the service branches and service partners
- Implementation of service core competencies to sustainably maximize customer satisfaction
- Administration/direction and development of the related field service technicians
- Planning and organization of training sessions for customers and field service technicians
- Continuous evaluation and improvement of operational processes
- Analysis, control and execution of actions related to the financial situation of the After Sales department
- Consolidation of customer loyalty
Requirements
- Technical or commercial studies or a comparable formation with additional qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English, German is a plus
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable service position
- Strong Customer orientation and distinctive communication skills, Experience in field service, sales or after sales is preferable, Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically, Reliable and quality-conscious way of working, Leadership skills and well-developed communication and problem solving competency as well as team spirit and commitment/engagement, Knowledge in finance is preferable
- Willingness to travel, Self-organized and a cooperative style of working
