A vacancy has arisen within our LWE Mobile and Crawler Crane department based in Biggleswade for a Customer Service Advisor. The role contributes to the success of Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd to provide a service back up to the sales and after sales departments whilst ensuring outstanding customer service at all times and working within the Company’s key result areas; Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.

Your Responsibilities

•    Delivery of Liebherr Digital Solutions to customers, 3rd parties and internally
•    Keep a strong business acumenn to ensure commercial opportunities are realised
•    Provide training on the use of MyLiebherr and all other digital products
•    Assist customers directly with technical issues and support
•    Develop the solutions alongside other representatives and group management
•    Strategically identify when sales and aftersales can be supported
•    Develop your role to further the reach of Digital Solutions
•    To provide technical assistance to other members of staff
•    To assist the Operations Manager and Sales teams in direct customer support
•    To advise of training requirements needed with the division
•    To provide delivery and training quality required by a leading manufacturer
•    To promote company image whenever on company business
•    Generate new business and pass on any business opportunities to the appropriate department
•    Monitor customer satisfaction information and establishes plans for improvement
•    To participate in training courses at home and abroad when required
•    Maintains and grows a customer contact base keeping details up to date and regularly reviewing opportunities for repeat business
•    Carry out your duties as laid out in the company quality assurance manual
•    Any other duty as required by management commensurate with the post

Your Profile

The successful candidate will require the following:
•    GCSE (A-C or 9-4) or equivalent including Mathematics and English
•    Experience with crane lift planning
•    Use of digital platforms and information technology
•    Ideally have experience in the construction plant or transport industry
•    Be able to demonstrate a track record of managing commercial relationships, taking a broad view when necessary and be astute to the pressures and operating ways of the factories and customers
