About the RoleDue to growth within our Earthmoving and Material Handling Division we have a great new opportunity for an Aftersales Business Analyst to support our expanding Parts department. Reporting to the National Parts Manager and based out of our Sydney Branch located in Erskine Park this role will be responsible for the provision of timely, efficient, and accurate analysis and reporting of datasets, forecast accuracy, internal metrics, risk and opportunity analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse trends and present solutions to the aftersales team on risk and opportunities
- Gather, analyse and communicate relevant data to both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity within reports
- Provide electronic portal training
- Participate in special projects and bring your diverse thinking to collaborative projects
About you
- Proven 3 + years’ experience in Parts or Service Sales department with major Construction OEM
- Strong interpersonal skills and a solution driven approach to sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated capability in the use of MS Office Suite and other reporting systems
