The tasks that are waiting for you:

  • Coordinating customer inquiries, maintaining current customer relations and targeted, proactive acquisition of new customers
  • Project management and administration including offer making, order processing as well as project tracking
  • Acting as interface/Be the main point of contact between sales and several departments e.g. design, research and development, purchasing, production, after sales

    For Pierre Pébereau, trustful teamwork and team spirit are the most significant parts for his successful work at Liebherr.     We started developing the Crane Planner 2.0 – a modern deployment planner for crane operations – in 2016: first at our plant in Nenzing (Austria) for smaller crawler cranes, then also with the mobile and crawler cranes from our plant in Ehingen (Germany). Our joint team from both sites – comprising software developers, product managers, design engineers and designers – made this planning software for our cranes ready for market and took it to customers. The Crane Planner 2.0 will continue to be enhanced and optimized on an ongoing basis according to customer requirements.

    According to the motto, “Learning Never Stops!” our internal trainers are travelling the world to support our Sales Reps and handing them over the necessary tools for successful and proactive selling. It is therefore their job to make sure that every Sales Rep is aware of our philosophy and that Liebherr is putting an emphasis on Customer Value instead of heavy selling. These regular trainings are giving our Sales Reps more confidence and security with our products, especially when it comes to new and innovative features for our machines. Moreover these trainings are encouraging internal cooperation and are enabling the build-up of internal networks. And, of course, even our trainers are learning with every session as they will get to know different approaches in countries and cultures we are active.

    Digital world premiere – live product launch of our LTM 1150-5.3

    Summer 2020: the design of our new jewel in every crane fleet was progressing, and the first prototype was in production. But then the question arose from marketing and product management: How are we going to present our new LTM 1150-5.3, now that the fall trade shows are canceled due to the coronavirus? After a quick brainstorming, it was clear that the only way to do a product presentation would be virtually. A script was worked out, and the handover building was promptly transformed into a film studio. There had never been a virtual product launch at Ehingen before, but this digital world premiere was a complete success thanks to the efforts of everyone involved.
