To assist Inventory Assistant Manager in stock taking activities to maintain PTL inventory accuracy and PTL supply performance. We are looking for you as:

Responsibilities

• Organizing daily stock takes activities at PTL-Balikpapan Warehouse.
• Organizing national stock takes activities in all PTL Warehouses and Consignment Warehouses every 6 months.
• Liaise with Warehouse Supervisor to perform regular visits to the consignment warehouse at the customer sites for stock takes, maintenance of spare parts and consignment warehouse activities.
• Analyze discrepancies in the number of parts and follow up with related departments so that the numbers of parts matches between physical and the amount in the system.
• Carry out any other tasks related to work as allocated to you by your superiors.

Competencies

• Education Min D3
• Strong organizational skills.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Advance skill in BAAN program specially on analysis menu.
• Ability communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
• Have high work motivation, being responsible and being accurate to minize risk of mistakes.
• Ability to analyze and solve problem.
