Comprehensive line-up for deep foundation applications

  • Three exibits for the deep foundation industry on display
  • Machines especially configured to the needs of the North American customers
  • Easy transport and fuel efficiency as common denominator

The crawler crane model LR 1300 with attached fixed leader system serves as the basic machine for the piling rig LRH 600. In this configuration the rig enables a diverse range of applications including piling work with a hammer or vibrator and drilling methods. At Conexpo 2017 it is displayed with the rotary drive BAT 320 and continuous flight auger.

The piling and drilling rig LRB 355 has been equipped with a larger undercarriage for the US market to increase the machine’s already high level of stability. The new undercarriage also minimizes transport weight. Thanks to a jack-up system the crawlers can be dismantled resulting in a transport weight of only 42 US-tons (38 t) for the basic machine. The LRB 355 has been specially designed for drilling with full displacement tool.

The duty cycle crawler crane HS 8130 HD can be used for various deep foundation applications as well as for the typical material handling tasks. Again, the undercarriage has been enlarged for the requirements of the US market, thus lowering the ground pressure of the crawlers as well as increasing the lifting capacities. Fitted with diesel engines of the new generation, the HS 8130 HD works with lowered engine speed. This results in a further reduction of fuel consumption.
