About the role
Great role for an organised and efficient Office Administrator to bring their accounts and administrative experience and join the close-knit team at our Sydney branch located in Erskine Park. In this role you will be responsible for timely and effective administrative services administration support to Earthmoving operations and customers
- Raise purchase orders and processing supplier invoices
- Process Expenses claims
- Maintenance of branch accounts payables
- Reconciliation and follow-up of creditor’s accounts
- Travel bookings
- Credit card payments and Petty Cash
- Raise capital expenditure requests & maintain register
- Order office supplies and uniforms
- Coordinate Meetings and Training at Branches
- Filing and generating reports
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Exposure to accounts payable management an advantage
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Exceptional customer service skills
