Missions

• Technical support of customers and product related service topics
• Provide engine troubleshooting to service network and field technicians in the event of standard and complex issues
• Ensure a quick response to cutomers on all subjects related to product performance in cooperation with Quality and R&D
• Monitoring and Documentation of results of all technical interventions carried out in customer owned equipment
• Provide and prepare systematic product issue and failure analysis reports to the departments in charge
• Participate in the development and improvement of technical documentation
• Compile and release technical service informations
• Support issue root cause analysis and ensure an in-time solution to claims
• Participate in the product commissioning with application engineering
• Support and advise customers in planning of spare parts consignment stocks and engine tooling
• Monitor and support improvement of product quality and product performance
• Participation in management meetings, preparation of management presentation

Profile

• Engineering / Mechanical degree
• Diesel / Gas engine skills
• Mechanical repair skills and knowledge
• Team spirit
• Use of fault code diagnostic software
