Wide range of applications

The LRB 355 has been especially designed for drilling with full displacement tool. The rig can, however, be used for a great number of different applications including drilling with Kelly equipment, double rotary head and continuous flight auger, soil mixing as well as piling jobs with vibrator and hydraulic hammer.

  • The high-frequency vibrator is guided directly on the leader, which allows precise installation of a sheet pile wall.

  • With full displacement drilling almost no drill cuttings are conveyed to the surface. The surrounding soil is only displaced.

    Full displacement drilling

With full displacement drilling almost no drill cuttings are conveyed to the surface. The surrounding soil is only displaced.

  • This method combines continuous flight auger drilling with a casing. It is mainly applied for producing cast-in-place piles.

    Double rotary drilling

This method combines continuous flight auger drilling with a casing. It is mainly applied for producing cast-in-place piles.

  • This method is suitable for pre-drilling as well as for the installation of cast-in-place piles.
