Liebherr innovations for mining at IMARC 2017

Liebherr presents a range of products for the mining industry at the International Mining and Resources Conference IMARC in Melbourne, Australia, from October 31 to November 2, 2017. The Liebherr Mining and Components divisions are co-exhibiting at the show at booth C40. Based on the six pillars of the Mining division: Productivity, Efficiency, Reliability, Customer Service, Safety they present the company’s innovative products, technologies and solutions for the mining industry.

Liebherr Components has chosen IMARC to introduce its new D9812 diesel engine to the Australian market. Designed specifically for mining, the D9812 is built to withstand the tough conditions of global mining. With outstanding performance in all applications, the D9812 can also be adapted to fulfil a range of emission standards: fuel consumption optimised, Tier 2 or even EPA Tier 4 final. Liebherr Components welcomed the opportunity to exhibit the first cylinder variant of the D98XX series in Australia, to present its core advantages for mining applications to the global industry attending IMARC.

Within the conference section of IMARC, Managing Director of Liebherr-Components Colmar, Dr. Ingo Wintruff, hosts a presentation entitled “The new Liebherr D98XX engine series – innovative technology to empower your business” at 11.55 am, on Tuesday 31 October, 2017. Additionally, Liebherr’s General Manager Marketing and Sales of the Mining division, Tom Juric, will collaborate on a panel discussion regarding the next wave of innovation in mining at 12.30 pm, on Tuesday 31 October, 2017. Liebherr looks forward to welcome visitors at the conference as well as at its IMARC booth C40.
