A second life for components
As soon as a component exchange is required, you are faced with the decision whether the respective components should be replaced with new or reconditioned parts.
The Reman programme offers you the option of installing reconditioned parts in earthmoving and material handling machines.
The reconditioning of components is an integral part of our Reman programme for earthmoving. With the exchange programme, components that are sent in are replaced with reconditioned parts. And with the same delivery time as for a new part. The ordering and delivery process are effected in the same way as for a new part.
The exchange is done with an anonymous component reconditioned according to OEM quality standards. This means you get an available component directly, irrespective of whether this was the component from your machine. This process guarantees speed and optimal machine availability on your side.
When you return your old part you are credited a fixed amount. Compared to the purchase of a new part, the exchange programme has a clear cost advantage. Together with our quality promise, this results in a convincing price-performance ratio.
In our factory in Ettlingen the components are completely disassembled, cleaned and examined. We evaluate the condition according to the latest standards and technology. If the component turns out to be of inferior quality during the reconditioning process or cannot be reconditioned for other reasons, it is removed from the range. As a customer, you always receive a current Reman component in perfect quality.
The recyclable individual parts are then reassembled and painted. Only Liebherr original parts are used. The components are checked according to the same safety standards as in series production (OEM standard).
Our remanufacturing process is effective and reliable – we are proud of this. To demonstrate this, you get the same guarantee for a Reman part as for a new part.
The exchange of components is possible for all earthmoving and material handling machines. Please refer to the table to see which components can be exchanged.
