“A few years ago, I moved within the Liebherr Group, from Bulgaria to Germany. The change was a big step for me – the process of getting used to a new country and a different work culture created some completely new challenges for me. But thanks to great support from my new team, I was quickly integrated into the HR department. Because of the strong support I received and the trust placed in me, I was able to assist my team and contribute professionally after just a short time. In my current role, I am responsible for job advertisements and applicant management for our commercial and technical positions. I also manage personnel requirements and assist with onboarding.
Here at Liebherr, everyone likes to take on responsibility. However, we are just as willing to share those responsibilities and we give our new employees responsible tasks. I too am able to work independently, and organise myself, and it has been like that since I joined the company. I feel that the team believes in me and trusts in my work and the results I deliver.
