Recording of working processes

PDE records process data from the Litronic control system (e.g. pressure or rope length measurement), as well as data from external sensors, for example, frequency transmitters or concrete pressure transmitters. Depending on the working process data are interlinked and stored with individually configurable details, such as jobsite name, pile number, date, time, etc.

    Video

Video about the process data recording (PDE) and the process data reporting (PDR2) systems.

  • Your advantages at a glance

    • Recording of all parameters relevant to the process
Important parameters are recorded and stored while the process is being carried out.
    • Real time display in the cabin
The data are displayed live on the PDE monitor in the cabin.
    • Assistance System
Depending on the operation mode, the operator is actively guided through the process.
    • Data collation
The data are collated and prepared accordingly in a data pack when the recording is completed.

    Process data reporting
