Motor vehicle technician
Motor vehicle technicians work in the company's own motor vehicle workshop and perform service and repair work in particular, on maintenance vehicles and customer service vehicles.
Independently or in a team, they rectify malfunctions and repair damage to passenger vehicles or commercial vehicles, such as vans and trucks. They replace damaged and unserviceable parts and perform adjustments on the engine, brakes, steering or lighting system.

Prerequisite: Good grades from secondary school or polytechnic school
The collective contractual wage during the 1st year of the apprenticeship is €619,36 in Telfs, Nenzing and Bischofshofen and €700 in Lienz.
