Your Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties:

• Set up Test Automation Development laboratory with well-equipped instruments.
• Identify product software requirements and plan for development & tests for various models
• Preparation of Software standards for product function / Service requirements and updating the PCB based on field failure and field simulation.
• Identification of PCB issues , prioritizing for analysis & fixing it.
• Reporting of test failures in co-ordination with CFT (Cross-Functional Team)
• Regular interaction with cross functional team such as production, Purchase, R&D, Stores, IQC regarding the parts for any issues
• PCB Supplier’s reliability part failure trend monitoring.
• Documentation - Preparation of PCB Test reports, Issue reports & corrective action pla.
• Initiate failure root cause analysis and corrective actions from suppliers thro’ IQC.
• Define and integrate cable harnesses into appliances including selection of connection systems

Your Competencies

Qualification and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications (Must)
• PG Diploma in Embedded System Design (Must)

Experience

• 15 -18 Years of Experience in Electronics Section
• Consumer Durables Industry (Refrigeration Section) Preffered

Preferred Skills / Special Skills

• Strong Leadership Capabilities
• Excellent Communication & Computer Skills
• Knowledge of Flowchart / algorithms in software development
• Knowledge of Embedded C,C# & Python programing
• Knowledge of Test equipments
• Analytical and Strategic thinking
