Responsibilities

• Assurance of product quality for both Hydraulic and Aviation
• Support for manufacturing, assembly with fault analysis, implementation of corrective measures (PDCA) and preparation of customer audits
• Organization of CoP tests (Conformity of Production)
• Support the customer service during weekly customer claim management (0-Km claim list) and to the change management process
• Development / implementation / monitoring of process and product audits
• Responsibilities of product development process from pre-serie to start of production according to the LMB official product development process and for production product/process conformity to both the ISO9001 and EN9100 quality standards
• Organization and participation to both design & process-FMEA (risk based thinking)
• Support the Quality manager in KPI definition, implementation and monitoring  (i.e. first pass yield) and for the preparation of the monthly  0-Km report for internal quality management reviews

Requirements

• Master and Bachelor in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering or similar qualifications
• Related specific-training in the field of quality will represent an advantage (i.e. 8D, VDA6.3, SixSigma, SHAINING)
• Tree years professional experience in the field of automotive quality management, manufacturing and development
• Very good knowledge in French, good knowledge in German and in English
• Very good knowledge in MS Office, good knowledge in CAD, QS-STAT or similar, Pro Engineer and an ERP system
• Good communication, moderation and organization skills, autonomy, consistency and perseverance, ability to manage and motivate a team of people
