LTR 1060 - A small crane with a massive character.

  • Nice and compact:

Design fully enhanced for transport with a transport width of just 3 metres and a height of 3.15 metres.

  • Absolutely everywhere:

Manoeuvre easily on any terrain thanks to the excellent control of the crawler travel gear.

  • Easy and quick:

The crane can be transported as one unit for fast set-up and easy relocation on site.

  • Safe at an angle:

Carry out crane work at a lateral angle of up to 4°, even with reduced track width.

  • Wide-ranging use:

Safe crane travel on site with a load on the hook – the “pick and carry” principle.

LTR 1060

It combines the features of a telescopic crane with those of a crawler crane in a unique machine – the LTR 1060. The crawler travel gear delivers excellent off-road handling and manoeuvrability. And does so even when manoeuvring the crane carefully with a load. The familiar features of short set-up times, simple transport and the variability of the boom system have been adopted from telescopic cranes. The boom adds real power to the package. Our smallest telescopic crawler crane can be transported as a single unit so that it is quickly ready for action on site.

To meet this demand, a four-track railway station is to be built under the existing central station. An LTR 1060 operated by Frutiger AG has been in successful long term action on one of the many track sections.
