Functional upgrades for every crane
A functional range of additional equipment is available for every crane model. Lattice jibs and boom extensions increase the hoist height and range, whilst Y guying drastically increases the lifting capacity. Erection jibs and rooster sheaves increase flexibility in use. These examples demonstrate how a crane with variable equipment can complete a wide range of jobs perfectly.
This 1.4 metre erection jib consists of the adapter for the folding jib and an additional set of rollers or a hook traverse. It can be fitted below 0°, 20°, 40° or 60°.
Side folding rooster sheave
The hose drum can be used for the hydraulic adjustment of the folding jib.
Double folding jib
The double folding jib can be carried on the actual crane. It can be installed at various angle positions and as an option can be adjusted hydraulically when loaded.
Hydraulic erection aid
The hydraulic erection aid allows the folding jib to be mounted easily using the BTT Bluetooth terminal.
Integral erection jib
The foot section of the folding jib can be used as a heavy duty erection jib. The jib delivers high lifting capacities and as an option can be adjusted hydraulically.
Y guying and fixed jib
The Y telescopic boom guying improves side stability. Major increases in lifting capacities can particularly be achieved with long boom systems. The fixed jib can be mounted with different lengths and angled.
The luffing lattice jib allows great hoist heights and radii to be achieved. Liebherr's infinite lifting capacity interpolation system can be used to operate both the main boom and the luffing jib at any boom angles.
