Teleservice

Permanent readiness of maritime equipment is an important prerequisite for trouble-free and cost effective use. With the teleservice package, the service technician can log-in directly at the machine and initiate immediate support. In this way, not only machine data but also fault messages can be interrogated and all fault rectification measures can be executed online.

Features and benefits

A continual stream of information about the service requirements of the equipment enables targeted maintenance intervals. The equipment service can be adapted to the availability of the equipment. You always know where you machine is and whether it is being deployed cost effectively.

With the additional “Teleservice” package, service staff can access the equipment control system from any location in order to rectify malfunctions. This reduces service costs and increases machine availability.

Evaluation of machine data and handling performance

The handling package features an integrated data recorder. This makes it possible to record deployment cycles as well as all handling relevant machine data.

Visual representation of the data helps to quickly identify trends and capacity utilisation values in order to initiate the necessary steps for performance enhancement as necessary.
