Reman from Liebherr - a new life for your machine
Economic solutions for machines of all ages are the aim of the Liebherr Reman Program. Used drive train components are made as good as new through remanufacturing – with a relevant warranty. With exchange components, general overhaul and repair, there are three harmonised remanufacturing levels to choose from.
Exchange components

Customers quickly receive an anonymous component that complies with the latest technical standard and comes with a new part warranty. After disassembly, the individual reusable parts are stripped of paint, cleaned, appraised and reprocessed. Customers receive attractive refunds for returning the old components.
General overhaul

The customers' own components are reconditioned to mint condition and, if possible, updated to state-of-the-art technology at a fixed price. Components are also completely dismantled and cleaned during general overhaul. All parts subject to wear are replaced, and a new part warranty is given on the whole component.
Repair

Components are examined for faults at the Reman Competence Centre. Subsequent repairs are performed once an individual quotation has been approved by the customer. Here, too, the warranty covers the whole component.
