Liebherr rotary loading systems (RLS) are characterized by their high storage capacity per square meter of space they take up when erected. They are designed for one to two machining centers. The rotary loading system is available in two sizes and designed for transport loads from 800 kg to 1,500 kg.

PHS Pro pallet handling systems

Any number of machines as well as setup and storage stations can be connected to the linear PHS Pro pallet handling system. In addition, the system can be expanded to pallets with unfinished and finished part management. The linear system is manufactured in four sizes for transport loads from 500 kg to 13,000 kg. Higher transport weights are available on request.

High mix / low volume

If every part is different, a connecting element is required. The pallets of a pallet handling system serve as a uniform workpiece carrier and facilitate automatic loading at machining centers. Together with out PHS cell control, it can be used for limited series and individual part manufacturing.

Keeping an eye on resources
