Hydraulic cylinder 380 bar series-production range
The Liebherr 380 bar series-production range gives customers a broad choice of flexible cylinder variants which have been proven under the toughest operating conditions. The use of standardised components means the new hydraulic cylinders and spare parts are quickly available despite the high degree of flexibility. The 380 bar series includes 40 basic variants for nominal diameter combinations of piston and piston rod.
Product range - overview
|Types||Differential hydraulic cylinders|
|Stroke||up to 2,300 mm (90.55 in)|
|Piston diameter||100 - 220 mm (3.94 - 8.66 in)|
|Piston rod diameter||65 - 150 mm (2.56 - 5.91 in)|
Fields of application
The hydraulic cylinders of the 380 bar series-production range are employed both in mobile applications and in various industrial applications. They are used wherever durable and robust products are needed for highly dynamic applications. Such applications include mobile machinery, e.g. as hoist cylinder, stick cylinder or bucket cylinder for wheeled and crawler excavators.
Various options configurable
For each basic variant numerous options besides the stroke can be configured. Additionally, corresponding 3D models can be supplied for each variant.
The 350 bar series-production range is designed to allow the straightforward integration of pressure sensors and position transcducers. As a highlight, Liebherr offers the own developed LiView position transducer.LiView position transducer
Piston rod coating
High quality chrome and nickel-chrome coatings are used as standard. Depending on the application, either a coating with normal resilience or one with increased resilience is used. A sea water coating is also available.
End of stroke cushioning
For its hydraulic cylinders, Liebherr offers the option of an optimised cushioning system, which has proven its worth in practice on many occasions. The customer is able to choose between cushioning on piston and/or rod-side.
Liebherr uses a compact arrangement of seals and an innovative sealing system in the series to satisfy the most exacting of standards. A tandem sealing system consisting of a primary and a secondary seal is used for the rod seal. This relieves intermediate pressure and reduces the stick-slip effect.
