The Liebherr Reman Program
By remanufacturing used components, the Liebherr Reman Program offers a cost-efficient solution for machines of all ages. Our customers can choose between three perfectly aligned remanufacturing levels: exchange components, general overhaul and repair. The Reman Program currently covers the remanufacturing of diesel and gas engines, travel and swivelling drives, hydraulic pumps, motors and cylinders as well as axles and rope winches.
At this year's Intermat, Liebherr will be presenting two exhibits showcasing the Liebherr Reman Program:

Remanufacturing: A cost-efficient and ecological alternative to new parts
Diesel engine D9512 A7
One of the exhibits is the cutaway model of a diesel engine D9512 A7. Even said high-power engines with an output of 565kW at 2,000 rpm and 24.2l capacity can be remanufactured within the range of the Liebherr Reman Program.
Swivelling drive SAT 300/362
This exhibit visualises the four steps of the remanufacturing cycle by means of a SAT 300/362 swivelling drive: First, Liebherr disassembles the used core component. In a second step the individual reusable parts are stripped of paint, cleaned, appraised and reprocessed if neccessary. Afterwards, our experts reassemble the component. The result is a completely overhauled component matching the same criteria as brand-new parts – in appearance and quality.
