According to Piazolo, the promotion of young talent is currently the absolute focus of the Minister of State because the shortage of skilled workers is being felt in every corner of the economy. This was also confirmed by his discussion partner, Mario Trunzer, CFO at Liebherr-Werk Ehingen GmbH, who said: "For us, it is particularly important to again invest more in traditional vocational training since this will enable us to counteract the shortage of skilled workers. We are now already training our own specialists of tomorrow. "
