News | 10/18/2016 Liebherr-Aerospace Signs Maintenance and Services Agreement for the Beluga A300-600ST fleet of Airbus

The support services will be performed by Liebherr-Aerospace’s service stations in Lindenberg (Germany), center of excellence for landing gear and flight control systems, and in Toulouse (France), center of excellence for air management systems.

“Airbus will benefit from our OEM expertise and know-how to meet the requirements for carrying out the service work” said Thierry Gourmanel, Head of Regional Sales and Marketing from Customer Services, Liebherr-Aerospace.

Liebherr-Aerospace supplies the cabin pressure control system, the high lift system, the nose and main landing gear door actuators for the Beluga program.

Airbus Transport International, which is based in Toulouse (France), currently operates five A300-600ST aircraft named Beluga. The fleet is operated between Airbus’ final assembly lines and different production sites based mainly in France, Germany, Spain and United Kingdom.
