- Professional and disciplinary management and further development of group management and employees in the production area
- Ensuring the timely and error-free implementation of the production program
- Optimization and further development of production processes
- Implementation of lean projects and leading collaboration on initiatives to reduce manufacturing costs
- Collaboration on investment projects, quality optimization projects, IT projects, relocation projects, etc.
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- Management experience in the production of complex control cabinets, power electronics, electronic devices or comparable product areas
- Pragmatic working style with pleasure in taking responsibility and active implementation
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, factory operation or comparable field of study, alternatively master craftsman/technician with relevant professional experience in the specialist area
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action, cost awareness
- Good communication skills for working with various interfaces (industrial engineering, logistics, etc.)
