1 Assembly

The self-assembly system allows safe and independent assembly/disassembly of all main parts (e.g. self-assembly of hoist winches using the A-frame).

2 Hoist winches - installation

It doesn't get any faster. The self-adjustment in the winch frame as well as the patented coupling system LIKUFIX enable winch installation and removal within seconds.

3 Crawler assembly

The new design of the pin connection points allows for easy and quick assembly. Snap into place and bolt.

4 Lashing and assembly of rear counterweight

The pinning of the rear counterweight ensures that the slabs always stay where they should. Furthermore, the remote assembly is superfast.

1 From 20 to 178 metres

The wide range of boom systems and configurations enables specialised use on a wide variety of construction sites. In the datasheet you will find all configuration options as well as the corresponding load charts.

2 Crawler drive

The LR 1400 SX has 4 drives as a standard.

3 Adjustable track and 1500 mm flat track pads

The track width can be adjusted from 8000 mm to 6770 mm with only two hydraulic cylinders. The 1500 mm wide flat track pads come with higher strength (+18 % yield stress), thus the service life has almost doubled.

4 Cold package

Also built for the coldest regions of the world: Antarctica, Siberia, Canada. Operational down to -40° C.

5 Cabin elevation

For improved visibility, any desired height between zero and six metres is infinitely adjustable.

1 Ground pressure reduction

With the aid of the new hydraulically activated ground pressure reduction plates, the ground pressure can be reduced by up to 56 %.

2 Safe and comfortable walkways

The access to the cabin is via convenient foldable steps and continues over illuminated landings. No more walking on slippery flat track pads.

3 Gradient Travel Aid

Safely on the move on uneven terrain - the machine's control system automatically calculates its centre of gravity.

1 Wind speeds

Pre-select one of the four wind speeds and the crane control automatically selects the permissible load curve (10, 12, 14 und 16 m/sec).

2 Barge and grab mode

Pre-select one of the three barge inclinations 0°, 2° or 4° and the crane control automatically selects the permissible load curve.

3 Travelling with load

Pre-select one of the three travel speed levels and the crane control automatically selects the permissible load curve.

4 Personnel lifting

The crane is approved and certified for personnel lifting.
