Jaromin adds Liebherr LTM 1250-5.1 mobile crane to its fleet

Autokran-Dienst Jaromin GmbH took delivery of a new Liebherr LTM 1250-5.1 mobile crane in September. The 5-axle 250-tonne mobile crane adds to the Oberhausen-based company's crane fleet, extending it upwards. Previously a Liebherr LTM 1200-5.1 was the largest crane in the fleet. Find out more

Liebherr extends product portfolio with rough-terrain cranes

Liebherr has extended its mobile crane product range with an additional series of rough-terrain cranes in the 90-tonne (100 USt) and 100-tonne (110 USt) classes. The Liebherr Rough-Terrain cranes LRT 1090-2.1 and LRT 1100-2.1 will be unveiled to the public at the Conexpo construction machinery trade show in Las Vegas in March 2017. Liebherr delivers 100th LTM 1750-9.1 to Belgian crane contractor Dufour

During its customer days at its manufacturing plant in June 2012, Liebherr unveiled the 750-tonne LTM 1750-9.1 mobile crane. The 100th crane of this type left the plant in Ehingen in July this year. The new crane was handed over by Belgian Liebherr dealer Van Der Spek to crane contractor Dufour Transports et Manutention SA based in Marquain, Belgium. The LTM 1750-9.1 will be a new addition to and the largest mobile crane in the company's fleet. The key feature of Liebherr's 9-axle machine is that the entire telescopic boom can be conveyed on public roads. Find out more

Bridge hoist with a surprise – Liebherr LG 1750 mobile lattice boom crane operated by Wiesbauer has plenty in reserve

As part of the Stuttgart 21 infrastructure project, a pedestrian bridge had to be removed to be replaced by a new railway bridge in Baden-Württemberg's state capital. Crane contractor Wiesbauer assembled its Liebherr LG 1750 lattice boom crane on the banks of the River Neckar to remove the wooden bridge. Despite the bridge weight being significantly higher than expected, the crane successfully completed the work. Find out more

Lots of work for the new and largest crawler crane in Switzerland – the new Liebherr LR 1750/2 operated by Fanger proves its worth on its first job

The first job awaiting the new Liebherr LR 1750/2 crawler crane operated by Fanger Kran AG was a demanding one in central Switzerland near Lucerne. The crane had to handle a gross load of around 270 tonnes to replace a 30-metre cylinder. In a very constricted space in the production plant of a manufacturer of wooden materials, the job was only possible by moving the crane whilst it held the load. Find out more

GTA adds a second 1350-tonne Liebherr crawler crane to its fleet – the first LR 11350 with PowerBoom in Southeast Asia

Indonesian company GTA Construction has been successfully using a Liebherr LR 11350 crawler crane for over a year. GTA has now added another crane of this type to its fleet. The new 1350-tonne crane was ordered with the Liebherr PowerBoom, the first in the whole of Southeast Asia. With its high lifting capacities and compact dimensions, GTA successfully uses the Liebherr heavy duty crane for major projects of the most diverse type. Find out more

LTM 11200-9.1 hoists excavators over the roofs of Lyon –S.E Levage places its trust in Liebherr for used cranes as well

Since April this year French crane contractor S.E Levage has been operating the largest telescopic mobile crane in the country, a Liebherr LTM 11200-9.1. S.E Levage decided to buy a used crane. And since buying a used crane involves a good deal of trust, S.E Levage bought direct from the manufacturer, from Liebherr. The LTM 11200-9.1 was completely refurbished and finished in the customer's colours with full livery. Crane driver Christophe Thenery says: "The crane was like new when we took delivery at the Liebherr plant in Ehingen. Find out more
