About the RoleDue to continued growth, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join our market leading Mobile Crane Division based at our Erskine Park Branch. As the Parts Interpreter you will work as part of a small and supportive team ordering and interpreting of spare parts and provision of accurate and timely product information to Liebherr customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and product information
- Ensure customers order and receive correct parts
- Identify and secure additional parts sales opportunities
- Monitor the effectiveness of parts processes including stock control and inventory
- Picking and packing orders during peak times
- Stock takes and cycle count
About You
- Mechanical aptitude with previous experience in similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of technical drawing and manuals
- Forklift License desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
