The Fleet Procurment Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive management of the Liebherr Canada service vehicle fleet provider, telematics and reporting, and service fleet tooling to promote efficiencies and effectiveness. This role maintains budgets and reporting as it relates to customer service departments capital expenditures, head count, new/replacement of fleet vehicles and disposal of fleet vehicles. Other duties include management of the fleet vehicles' equipment, service department tools, and technicians uniforms.


Fleet management:

  • Manage the full cycle fleet vehicles
  • Maintain the 3rd party fleet management company's website daily with any updates
  • Coordinate the purchase of vehicles between the divisional directors, Finance department and 3rd party fleet management company (confirmation of specs etc.)
  • Manage relationships with vendors: fleet management company, telematic and reporting, gas cards, car rental agency, uniform provider, toll road company
  • Monitor and code all invoices of fleet and national service department vendors
  • Create procedures and implement new processes to promote best practice

Tool management:

  • Coordinate all tool purchasing with the parts department or follow-up with the Technical advisors team on new tool requirements
  • Track all tooling for the service vehicles and the tool crib including periodically performing a tool audit
  • Dongle key management (error code diagnostics device)
  • Code the factory invoice by license level
  • Coordinate customer invoicing with the branches

Budget management & reporting:

  • Coordinate the assembly of the asset budget nationally
  • Track the budget to actual spending including maintaining internal procedures


  • Management of centralized national vendors
  • Data analytics and reporting
  • Deliver system and process improvements and training
  • Logistic and procurement projects as directed


  • High school completion required, Supply Chain Management Association of Ontario certified is strongly preferred
  • 3 + years experience in a procurement in a mid-size to large organization, experience in managing full cycle fleet vehicles is a must
  • Bilingual strongly preferred: fluently writes and speaks French and English
  • Strong understanding of financial reports and budgeting
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically with Excel
  • Aptitude to identify betterments and implement new procedures
