Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Technicians, Installers and Drivers and coordinates their works and activities
• Support superior in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical enquiries via phone, email and internal communications by various methods, e.g. guide customer through basic troubleshooting
• Provide technical advice to Service Technicians / dealers' technicians and conduct training to impart technical knowledge to them
• Handle, monitor and verify claim processes. Assist with collecting outstanding payments
• Analyse statistics, suggest and implement corrective measures to improve processes
• Regular visit to local / overseas dealers and suppliers to build rapport and maintain good relationship
• Liaise with OEM on product updates, claim processes and technical issues

Competencies

• Minimum Diploma in Refrigeration / Air-conditioning, electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in service and repair of refrigeration equipment with knowledge in R600A refrigerant will be of advantage
• Electrical or electronic knowledge is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Words, Excel, Customer Relations Management system and SharePoint
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, who is versatile and customer service oriented
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Team player, self-starter, an eye for detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must possess Class 3 driving license
