Attachments and quick coupling systems at Bauma 2022

Liebherr develops and produces innovative attachments and quick coupling systems to the highest quality standards. At Bauma, Liebherr will be presenting an extensive product portfolio in the outdoor area and on its own stand in Hall B5 Stand 439. For applications in civil engineering, Liebherr will be showing the TR 20B tiltrotator and the new 2in1 bucket, for example. For the harshest requirements in scrap handling, the new multi-tine grab GMM 35-5 and GMM 50-5 will be presented, also in combination with the new fully automatic quick coupling system MH 40C LIKUFIX®.

LIKUFIX® 33-9

Thanks to the integration of the second high pressure circuit as well as the leakage oil and lubrication line, the new fully automatic LIKUFIX® 33-9 quick coupling system now also allows attachments such as tamping units, mulchers with flaps or Liebherr stick extensions to be replaced quickly, easily and, above all, safely from the operator's cab. The new LIKUFIX® 33-9 is backwards compatible. This means that attachments equipped with the current LIKUFIX® 33 quick coupling system can also be changed.

2in1 buckets

The new 2in1 bucket from Liebherr: A attachment that combines backhoe bucket and face shovel in one product. The latter has been optimised for an improved opening angle in the course of continuous product development. In addition to the classic work of a backhoe bucket, the bucket also enables efficient work in shoring, the uncovering or precise sanding of lines and pipes and the filling of foundations.

Multi-tine grab GMM 35-5 / GMM 50-5

The newly developed multi-tine grab GMM 35-5 and GMM 50-5 are predestined for the harshest applications in scrap handling. The intelligently designed five-shell grab was developed together with customers. The new grabs combine decades of Liebherr expertise in the development and manufacture of high-performance, robust attachments with valuable experience gained from customer practice. The multi-tine grab impress with their extraordinary load capacity, resistance and durability.
