Flight control systems and actuation systems

Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH has established itself as the number one in drives for high-lift systems. These systems are used in the smallest business jet as well as in the largest airliner. The outstanding company successes in flight control systems include, for example the complete fly-by-wire flight control system for the Russian Superjet 100 regional aircraft as well as the high-lift system for the Brazilian E-Jet E2 program.

Landing gear systems

Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH is also a successful system provider in the landing gears segment. The company develops and supplies the nose landing gear for the Airbus A350 XWB as well as the complete landing gear system for the Chinese ARJ21 and C919 aircraft program. Furthermore, Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH has responsibility for the landing gear systems for the E-Jet 1 family and the Canadian C Series.

Competence in titanium machining

Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH is one of the leading companies in machining of titanium components for flight control systems and actuation systems. The machining center for titanium components with a size of 260 square meters and taken into operation in 2013 enables the system supplier to additionally expand this core competency and to raise its productivity even further.
