Duties

  • Support and advise management and leaders regarding HR and IR matters
  • Implement HR / IR Policies and Procedures
  • Deliver effective recruitment and retention strategies
  • Keep local managers informed on HR / IR issues
  • Support managers in maintaining compliance to Modern Awards and statutory obligations

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources
  • Basic understanding of relevant HSE legislation
  • Sound understanding of current IR and HR related legislation and compliance
  • Ability to develop relationships with key people, in other functions at all levels
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
