Liebherr-Transportation Systems services the air conditioning systems of 85 Citadis trams Keolis operates in Lyon (France).

The multi-year contract from Keolis comprises leakage search for all saloon heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units as well as corrective maintenance and spares part supplies on demand for the saloon and driver’s cab HVAC units.

A subsidiary of SNCF, France’s national railway operator, Keolis disposes via the Conurbation Transport Authority SYTRAL (Syndicat Mixte des Transports pour le Rhône et l’Agglomération Lyonnaise) of two maintenance sites close to Lyon, namely Saint Priest and Meyzieu. Keolis is the biggest mass transit company in Lyon, where it operates the second largest tram network in France after Paris.

Liebherr-Transportation Systems’ team services the HVAC systems of 55 Citadis trams (32m in length) in Saint Priest, and the units of 30 Citadis trams (18 trams with a length of 32 m each and 12 trams with a length of 43 m each) in Meyzieu.
