Within the context of their diversification efforts, Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse SAS participated in the HANDY Alternance Forum organised by the Fund Management Organisation for the Professional Integration of People with Disabilities (Agefiph) Midi-Pyrenees region on March 19, 2015 in Toulouse. For more than 25 years, Agefiph has been supporting the integration and promotion of people with disabilities in private companies.

Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse SAS presented itself in order to take up a position on employment opportunities for these people. “Our participation at the HANDY Alternance Forum allows us to cultivate diversity within the company”, explains Elodie Merlevede, Diversity Manager. “At Liebherr, we provide various employment opportunities, for example apprenticeship contracts, professional training contracts or temporary contracts. The gateways offered by work-study training programmes are very appropriate for attracting people with disabilities to aeronautics jobs.”
