News | 04/08/2019 Official trade fair tour to mark the opening of Bauma starts at Liebherr stand

This year the official launch of Bauma with subsequent guided stand tour on the exhibition grounds kicked off at the Liebherr booth. Under the management of Messe München, around 50 guests from politics, industry and media arrived at the Liebherr stand on Monday morning. The tour started from there and continued on to other exhibitors.

To mark the start of the trade fair on Monday morning, 8 April, Messe München invited guests to take a guided stand tour through Bauma. Apart from German politicians such as Federal Minister Peter Altmaier and Bavaria's Minister President Markus Söder, guests also included political office holders from the Bauma partner country Canada: Jonatan Julien, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, from Quebec, Canada, as well as the Canadian Ambassador Stéphane Dion.

With CEO Klaus Dittrich and Managing Director Stefan Rummel, representatives of the highest management level of Messe München were also present. The guests were welcomed by the Liebherr Group’s family shareholders. Numerous media representatives also took the opportunity to obtain a brief overview of the Liebherr stand at Bauma 2019.
