  • Axial piston pumps DPVP
    Liebherr pumps of the DPVP series are used predominantly in excavators. An upstream spur gearbox facilitates downspeeding to reduce exhaust gas emissions.
  • DPVG axial piston pump
    The DPVG variable displacement pumps for the closed circuit are suitable for equipment with frequent load changes, e.g. wheeled excavators or wheel loaders. The adjustability of the pump makes load-dependent stability of the rotary unit possible. The hydrostatic cradle bearing has a positive effect on the service life and reliability of the components.
  • Axial piston motor CMVE
    The axial piston motors of the CMVE series are orientated around use in various crawler vehicles. The compact design results in an optimum price to weight ratio.
  • Compact
    Electric motors of the KGF and KDF series are distinguished by their compactness and sturdy design. They are ideally suited for electric-powered cranes.

  • Slewing drives
    Slewing drives from Liebherr cover a broad area of application and are used, for example, in slewing mechanisms from construction cranes and mobile cranes or concrete pumps. They achieve optimum results here.
  • Swivelling drive
    The drives are suitable for swivelling mechanisms in excavators for adjustment of the uppercarriage. Furthermore, they are also used in deep foundation machines and material handling equipment.
  • Travel drives
    In building construction and civil engineering there are two different designs of travel drive. The compact, coaxial units are ideally suited for excavators of different size categories. The travel drive with upstream spur gearbox makes higher ground clearance of the equipment possible. It is used for this reason in crawler dozers and crawler loaders.
  • Planetary plug-in gearbox
    The planetary plug-in gearboxes are suitable for installation in rope winches. They are employed predominantly in shredders.
  • Splitter box
    The sturdy gearboxes prove their worth above all in mobile and crawler excavators, duty-cycle crawler cranes, crawler tractors, crawler loaders, pipe layers, wheel loaders, deep foundation machines as well as material handlers.
  • Customised gearboxes
    Liebherr offers project-specific manufacture of components. The applications range from drilling rigs for the kelly bar to cyclone drives for stirring mechanisms in stationary mixing plant.
  • Rope winches
    Rope winches from Liebherr have a compact design, well-engineered safety equipment and precision rope guides. They ensure minimum rope wear and therefore offer a high level of availability. The rope winches are used as hoisting winches for main or auxiliary lifting by cranes or deep foundation machines. They also impress as boom and luffing winches on duty-cycle crawler cranes or in crane trolley mechanisms.

    The application possibilities range from large diameter bearings to crawler cranes as well as road transport and drilling rigs. Either ball bearing slewing rings or three row roller bearing slewing rings are used.
