Sven Jinert, who founded the company 1988 as a crane and work platform rental contractor, his son Björn Jinert, CEO and Anders Oxwal, CFO decided that they simply could not miss the opportunity to take delivery of the new cranes in person in Ehingen. The LTM 1750/2 is now the largest crane in the company’s fleet. Björn Jinert explains: “The LR 1750/2 is a powerful, universal crane which we can use for a whole range of jobs, for example in industry, infrastructure projects, port handling and wind power. We ordered it with a complete set of equipment. The SX boom means that it can erect the largest wind turbines in Sweden. That was an important factor in reaching our decision.”

The LTM 1500-8.1 is the second crane of this model in the Jinert fleet. Björn Jinert says: “We have had plenty of good experience with the Liebherr 500-tonne crane. It is the best crane in this class.” Jinert has planned a wide range of applications for the LTM 1500-8.1, including maintenance and repair work on wind turbines.

Sven Jinert AB has 18 branches in Sweden. Anders Oxwal says: “We now have a 200-strong workforce and generate a turnover of € 40 million per annum.” Company founder Sven Jinert continues: “We have had a very good working relationship with Liebherr for 30 years. We can always rely on the service provided by Liebherr partner Alfab. We now have 110 cranes including crawler cranes and mobile construction cranes. 90% of them are from Liebherr.” Jinert also operates 40 telescopic loaders and a wide range of heavy haulage vehicles including SPMTs. The company also provides complete solutions for heavy haulage and crane work.
