Liebherr-Transportation Systems has recently attained an order from Brush Traction, Loughborough (UK), part of the Wabtec Rail Group, to overhaul 224 cabin air-conditioning units, which are installed in 112 vehicles of the Class 159 DMU fleet.

The diesel multiple unit trains consist of two and three car sets and are operated by South West Trains, based in Salisbury (UK).

The work will take place at Liebherr’s maintenance facility for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems in Gatwick and is prospected to run until summer 2018.
