Are you experienced in recruiting for the construction industry or for niche skilled trades? As a Bilingual Recruitment Specialist, you will provide full cycle recruitment support to our internal stakeholders throughout Liebherr Canada. The Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in collaborating with the business to support the operational and strategic goals of the company. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to recruiting and outside the box thinking to solve recruitment challenges in today’s market.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinates the national recruitment process, including advertising, postings, screening, interviews, tracking and reporting
• Provides expertise regarding recruitment trends, sourcing, testing to the business
• Act as a main point of contact for job boards, agencies and candidates
• Maintains an proactive search for future candidate pool for various roles and locations
• Participate regularly in career fairs and employer branding initiatives
• Works with the HR Team to develop tools, systems and processes that support the business, through in-depth knowledge of the internal clients’ operational needs
• Support recruitment projects and initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Competencies

• Degree in HR, Business, or a related field strongly preferred, equivalent work experience will be considered
• At least 3+ years as a full cycle Recruiter in a heavy equipment/industial/manufacturing industry required
• Demonstrated proficiency in full cycle recruitment working in a corporate setting
• English-French bilingualism, both verbal and written
• Solid understanding of and demonstrated expertise with ATSs, reporting and data analysis
