Basic machine and leader can be transported in one piece with all hydraulic hoses connected. The minimized assembly work allows for quick and easy transportation of the machine between jobsites.
The innovative cabin design includes a modern air-conditioning system and an optimized view from the cabin, as well as an orthopaedic operator’s seat. All switches, joysticks and pedals are ergonomically positioned.
Roof railing as well as rear-view and side cameras enhance safety.
Innovative hydraulic concepts achieve high performance and keep fuel consumption low, despite reduced engine power.
A global service network with experienced technicians and fast access to spare parts ensure high machine availability and a long product service life. more
Cruise Control is available for automatic piling and drilling processes and allows for values such as pull-down speed and rotational speed to be programmed in advance. more
Obstacle recognition
An improvement for slurry wall application is the obstacle recognition, which enables the timely detection of obstacles in the soil. This protects both the attachment and the basic machine.
moreAttachment recognition
The automatic attachment recognition also records performance figures of the respective attachment.

The robust undercarriage offers excellent stability, which can be further increased with the optional rear supports.
The complete loading and set-up processes can be carried out via remote control, which means only one person is required. more
With the eco silent mode the engine speed can be reduced to a predefined, required level. With this feature a notable reduction in diesel consumption can be achieved without any impact on operational output. Noise emissions are thus also lowered.
The machine can optionally be equipped with an automatic engine stop control. Thanks to this feature it automatically switches off during longer work breaks after evaluating several machine parameters. This is fuel saving and environmentally friendly.
The data transmission and positioning system “LiDAT” provides important information on the operation of the machine. With these data the operation becomes more efficient. Various additional modules allow machine data reporting or access through service engineers via teleservice. more
With the PDE process data recording system machine data is recorded during the working process. With PDR these data can be managed, displayed tabularly or graphically, and analyzed. In combination with the telematics system LiDAT these reports can be easily generated from the office. more
Kelly drilling belongs to the most common dry rotary drilling methods. Soil and rock material is conveyed to the surface discontinuously with relatively short rotary drilling tools. more
The loosened soil material is continuously conveyed to the surface using a continuous auger, the so-called continuous flight auger. more
Double rotary drilling combines continuous flight auger drilling with a continuous casing. more
Impact driving uses a hydraulic hammer for the installation of various types of pile. The hammer’s ram mass impacts on the pile. more
Vibrating allows for installing and extracting elements using harmonious vibration. more
For wet mixing a self-hardening suspension is introduced into the ground. more
Dry soil mixing
For dry mixing a binding agent is introduced into the ground as powder.
