Strong performers: Liebherr presents new mid-sized wheel loader series

Liebherr has redeveloped and fundamentally revised its range of mid-sized wheel loaders. The newly-designed lift arm ensures maximum breakout, holding and lowering forces. It has optimised z-bar kinematics and improved working hydraulics. Increases in engine power and tipping loads prepare the wheel loaders for demanding operations in various sectors, such as excavation, recycling or log handling. The new development of the mid-sized wheel loader series from Liebherr is also characterised by a powerful design and intelligent assistance systems. These include, for example, active personnel detection with brake assistant or the fully automatic LIKUFIX quick-coupler system. Find out more

One 23-year-old machine has been transformed back to its former glory and had an upgrade in the process. Collaboration between Testo and Liebherr facilitates a more widespread use of networking solutions

In medicine and research, precision and safety are of the utmost priority. This also applies to storing sensitive substances. When combined with the cloud-based SmartMonitoring system, the Liebherr appliances designed especially to meet these requirements provide an integrated cooling solution, ensuring optimal safety and reducing the burden on the entrusted staff. The refrigeration specialists are now collaborating with Testo Solutions GmbH, an expert in measurement technology, to integrate existing appliances that have not previously been compatible with SmartMonitoring as well as appliances from other brands and even room environments into the networking solution so that customers are able to benefit from the advantages of comprehensive monitoring. Liebherr-Components opens a new facility in China

After breaking ground in 2021, Liebherr Components (Dalian) Co, Ltd. inaugurated its new production facility in Dalian (China) on March 19, 2024. Delivering the first Liebherr mining excavator to Eastern Canada

In early January this year, Liebherr-Canada handed over an R 9150 mining excavator to new customer L. Fournier & Fils – a leading general contractor in Canada that works in the industrial, civil, and mining sectors. This R 9150 is the first Liebherr excavator commissioned in Eastern Canada and will go to work in the Abitibi-Temiskaming region at the North American Lithium operation, which is part of the largest spodumene – lithium ore – reserve in North America. Liebherr revamps Jinert’s fleet with a new addition and a repair

The Swedish lifting and transport service provider Sven Jinert AB ordered a new LG 1750 lattice boom crane from Liebherr. At the same time, an LG 1550 that had been involved in an accident went to the Ehingen-Berg repair centre, where it was repaired and repainted. Find out more

100-tonne crane for its 100th anniversary: Bruns takes delivery of a Liebherr LTM 1100-5.3

Bruns, based in Lüneburg, is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. Wilhelm Bruns founded a building construction business in 1924. In 1967, Bruns Kranvermietung GmbH was founded with its first mobile crane. In 2002, Bruns acquires Alex Grund GmbH Kranarbeiten und Transporte and is thus also represented with a location in Hamburg. A new Liebherr LTM 1100-5.3 mobile crane was delivered there at the beginning of April. Find out more
