The new Sales Representative is responsible for cultivating relationships with new and existing customers, ultimately supporting Liebherr’s Earth Moving Division, over-all market share and brand recognition.  This position serves to foster further business development and will focus on increased revenue growth through solution-based sales for Hamilton, Halton, Peel and the general GTA region.

*Please note regular/frequent travel is required*


  • Identify and implement opportunities to develop and grow the business and maximize revenue
  • Leverage existing relations and industry knowledge to market the Earth Moving product offering
  • Educate customers on aftermarket service, warranties, technical support to enhance the after sales value of our product
  • Establish and maintain key & long-term relationships in the industry
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers success and satisfaction
  • Support full sales cycle including preparation of detailed quotations, product presentations and demonstrations
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge on Liebherr machine specifications & features
  • Conduct account analysis and revenue forecast regularly to ensure efforts are focused on prospects to drive margin improvement
  • Manage full geographic area of assigned territory and regular customer visits - Regularly and effectively, utilize CRM to track customer information/process
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school completion required
  • Minimum 3+ years related sales experience within heavy equipment/earth moving equipment
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge and ability to learn the Liebherr product line
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Ability to travel regularly, visit customer sites and professionally interact directly with owners, operators and key stakeholders
  • Proven success in all facets of account development and management
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Suite and CRM experience
  • Financial understanding to drive profitability and market penetration
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace health & safety
