Innovative machine concept

With the A 913 Compact, Liebherr has developed a machine with high lift capacities and, thanks to its all-wheel steering, enormous flexibility. The front and rear axle steering angles are engaged in opposite directions so only a very small turning radius is required during rotation. In addition, the adjustable boom is set back to make the machine more manoeuvrable at the front and even more efficient.

Short superstructure

Constricted site conditions are one of the greatest challenges for machine drivers. The short rear slewing radius of just 1.7 m enables the new A 913 Compact to be used on all sites.

Efficient Stage V engine

The 95 kW / 129 HP engine gives the machine all the power and torque it requires whilst also delivering excellent fuel efficiency. Because the engine delivers its maximum output at low speeds, the components are not exposed to as much wear, ensuring a long service life. The A 913 Compact satisfies the requirements of Stage V exhaust emission standards through the combination of a diesel oxidation catalyst, a particulate filter and an SCR system.

Lots of comfort and user-friendly systems

The A 913 Compact’s modern cabin design has everything the driver needs to ensure comfort, concentration and productivity. The comfortable driver’s seat, colour touch screen for display and operation plus the other operating elements on the console are superbly tailored to each other to form a perfect unit. The focal point of the Liebherr intuitive operating concept is the driver. Avoiding the need for hand repositioning, through joystick control for example, maximises the machine’s productivity. In parallel with this, Liebherr’s two-hand control system ensures maximum safety at all times by preventing incorrect operation, such as accidentally opening the quick change unit.
