Delivering the first Liebherr mining excavator to Eastern Canada

In early January this year, Liebherr-Canada handed over an R 9150 mining excavator to new customer L. Fournier & Fils – a leading general contractor in Canada that works in the industrial, civil, and mining sectors. This R 9150 is the first Liebherr excavator commissioned in Eastern Canada and will go to work in the Abitibi-Temiskaming region at the North American Lithium operation, which is part of the largest spodumene – lithium ore – reserve in North America. Liebherr revamps Jinert’s fleet with a new addition and a repair

The Swedish lifting and transport service provider Sven Jinert AB ordered a new LG 1750 lattice boom crane from Liebherr. At the same time, an LG 1550 that had been involved in an accident went to the Ehingen-Berg repair centre, where it was repaired and repainted. Find out more

100-tonne crane for its 100th anniversary: Bruns takes delivery of a Liebherr LTM 1100-5.3

Bruns, based in Lüneburg, is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. Wilhelm Bruns founded a building construction business in 1924. In 1967, Bruns Kranvermietung GmbH was founded with its first mobile crane. In 2002, Bruns acquires Alex Grund GmbH Kranarbeiten und Transporte and is thus also represented with a location in Hamburg. A new Liebherr LTM 1100-5.3 mobile crane was delivered there at the beginning of April. Find out more

Liebherr enters air cargo market

Liebherr-Aerospace Saline and LHColus announce the signature of a Sole Distribution Agreement for LHColus’ quick conversion passenger to freighter cargo solution. With this agreement, Liebherr- Aerospace Saline, Inc., Liebherr’s dedicated aftermarket aerospace center for the Americas, becomes the exclusive international distributor of the cargo conversion kit developed by the Brazilian company LHColus, provider of aeronautical engineering consulting services. On an icy mission: HS 8200

Used Equipment Marketplace: New portal for Liebherr used machines

With the Used Equipment Marketplace, Liebherr is launching a new portal specifically for the sale of used machines. On this digital platform, customers can find a wide range of used construction and material handling machines, used attachments and accessories as well as used spare parts – directly from certified Liebherr sales and service partners. The Used Equipment Marketplace is available both as a website application in the new Liebherr design with many different features and as an app for quick, direct access on a smartphone. Working on water: LTM 1300-6.2 from Sönke Jordt erects pier

Sönke Jordt Maschinen- und Schwertransport GmbH & CO. KG has been relying on Liebherr cranes for twelve years, which it uses for assembly and dismantling work, among other things. Its most recent crane job took place in Scharbeutz Haffkrug in northern Germany, where an LTM 1300-6.2 erected a pier on which visitors will be able to walk 230 metres across the Baltic Sea this summer.
