On November 2, 2015, COMAC celebrated the roll-out of its latest commercial aircraft, the C919, at its final assembly and testing facility in Shanghai (China). Liebherr-Aerospace supplies major systems to this short to medium range commercial aircraft: the landing gear system and the integrated air management system. “On behalf of the management of Liebherr-Aerospace, we congratulate COMAC’s team for this great achievement. The roll-out of the C919 is a very important milestone in the successful development of the aircraft. We have been a partner to COMAC for seven years now and we highly appreciate our collaboration. COMAC can count on Liebherr for the further steps of the C919 program”, said Nicolas Bonleux, Managing Director and Chief Sales Officer, Liebherr-Aerospace & Transportation SAS.
